This property situated a ten minute drive above the Spa Town of Lanjaron has fantastic views down over Lanjaron and to the coast at Salobrena, Costa Tropical. The property is in need of some updating and minor renovations. The land is spread over several terraces, mainly planted with olives and a few fruit trees. There is another outbuilding that was previously for rabbits, chickens etc. With some love this could be made into a lovely home with amazing views to sit and look at,
Water is from a shared spring, there is an alberca on the land. Internet available from local suppliers.
