Habitacion pequeña de almacenaje y la entrada a su gran garaje donde caben 2 o 3 coches y sitio de almacenaje.

Beautiful modern style house in one of the quietest and safest urbanizations on the Costa Tropical. This urbanization consists of surveillance cameras, automatic entrance doors and a community pool. In this house, one of the characteristics that makes it special is its huge tower with windows in its highest part that gives more power to daylight. It consists of two floors. On the first floor it has its terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the blue sky. It has a very large kitchen with a central island and a very special glazed room where you can enjoy with the family looking at the sea. Its huge living room with both low and high windows and where you can see its high ceiling. A large room with its complete bathroom with a shower tray in it. On the ground floor we have a large welcome room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower. Small storage room and the entrance to its large garage where 2 or 3 cars fit and storage space.

Location

There are two main parts of Salobreña. The first is The Old Town which sits atop a rocky prominence and is a cluster of whitewashed houses and quirky steep narrow streets leading up to a 10th-century Moorish castle. This is called 'El Castillo De Salobreña' which is one of its main tourist attractions. The second part of Salobreña is new developments which spread from the bottom of The Old Town right to the Beach. The whole town is almost surrounded by sugarcane fields on each side along the coast and further inland.

Another tourist attraction in Salobreña is 'El Peñon' (The Rock) which divides two of Salobreña's five beaches and juts out between Playa La Guardia and Playa de la Charca/Solamar and into the sea.

The last remaining cane sugar factory in Europe was located along the coast just west of the village of La Caleta de Salobreña. It closed in 2006.

For a very short time, Salobreña has had the title of tourist town.
