The house consists of habitable rooms with independent entrances. On the ground floor we can find a square entrance that gives access to the basically equipped kitchen and a living room. It has a large main room, access to the laundry area, a bathroom with a shower and entrance to a small patio. The patio has access by a staircase to the two terraces and another staircase to a storage room or possible bedroom.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase and through the independent main door, we have a large living room with a small balcony, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, and a complete bathroom. From the single bedroom we can access the two terraces of the house.
On the terrace there is also a small recently renovated room with a small fireplace.
