Beautiful farmhouse located in the Motril de Los Tablones area. A farmhouse with everything you need to be surrounded by nature, just 15 minutes from the beaches of Motril. Outside it has a small warehouse, swimming pool, barbecue area, covered porch, outdoor bathroom and separate kitchen, chicken coop area and small orchard/garden. Location

Los Tablones, also called Los Tablones de Motril, is a Spanish town belonging to the municipality of Motril, in the province of Granada. It is located in the central part of the Granada coast. Near this town are the nuclei of La Garnatilla, Puntalón and Las Ventillas.
It is a series of villages and hamlets scattered at different levels, on land platforms flanked by ravines as tables or earthen tables, and surrounded by the Sierra de Lújar. The main nucleus is the so-called Tablón de la Escuela, which brings together several houses, the old school —currently a multipurpose room— and the church of San Antonio de Padua. There are also various cave-houses, very typical of the entire region of the peninsular Southeast.
Among the monuments of Los Tablones, the old Wheat Mill stands out, located in the so-called Molino ravine, which collected water from the Lagos and Calonca ravines. There are still remains of the water delivery system and the pool for collecting it. It is also worth noting the existence of a tile near the Colorado farmhouse, between the ravine of said name and the road that leads to it, as well as the Church of San Antonio de Padua.
Its popular festivities are held every year on the first weekend of September in honor of the patron saint of the town, San Antonio de Padua. The festivity was changed from June 13 to September because on those dates the almonds had already been sold and the work related to wheat and other cereals had been finished and therefore the residents had more financial resources.
