Subiendo a la primera planta nos encontramos con las dos habitaciones dobles, una de ella con baño propio y vestidor y una habitación simple. Ademas, hay otro baño completo en la misma planta. Tambien en esta planta tenemos una terraza soleada con toldo justo encima de la clarabolla con suelo de malla de acero para poder aprovechar de estancia. Esta terraza tiene ventanales grandes para aprovechar la luz natural en esta planta. Subimos a la sagunda planta y tenemos la zona de lavado con lavadora, secadora y el depósito de gran capacidad para el agua caliente directo de las placas solares de la vivienda. Desde esta zona accedemos a las dos terrazas con diferentes orientaciones. Una mas pequeña con vistas al mar y toda la costa y la otra de gran dimensión donde se encuentra la zona relax, zona barbacoa y piscina de gran capacidad. Sin duda una gran casa donde poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad.

Beautiful house with a rectangular design given its location. This beautiful house in the lower area of the town is located just a few minutes from the beach of La Caleta-La Guardia. The entire house has been renovated with electricity and plumbing and the floor is almost entirely floating. Entering the house we have a small hall with a room/changing room. On the ground floor we have an entire open space, with a spectacular skylight to take advantage of all the natural light and where the living room is located with a table, furniture and chairs and the snug with two sofas, a low table and the large TV. Moving forward we have the full bathroom, the large, fully equipped kitchen and access to the pedestrian street where only residents of the area pass. Going up to the first floor we find the two double rooms, one of them with its own bathroom and dressing room and a single room. In addition, there is another full bathroom on the same floor. Also on this floor we have a sunny terrace with an awning just above the skylight with a steel mesh floor to take advantage of the stay. This terrace has large windows to take advantage of the natural light on this floor. We go up to the second floor and we have the laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and the large capacity tank for hot water directly from the home's solar panels. From this area we access the two terraces with different orientations. A smaller one with views of the sea and the entire coast and the other large one where the relaxation area, barbecue area and large-capacity pool are located. Without a doubt a great house where you can enjoy the tranquility.

Location

There are two main parts of Salobreña. The first is The Old Town which sits atop a rocky prominence and is a cluster of whitewashed houses and quirky steep narrow streets leading up to a 10th-century Moorish castle. This is called 'El Castillo De Salobreña' which is one of its main tourist attractions. The second part of Salobreña is new developments which spread from the bottom of The Old Town right to the Beach. The whole town is almost surrounded by sugarcane fields on each side along the coast and further inland.

Another tourist attraction in Salobreña is 'El Peñon' (The Rock) which divides two of Salobreña's five beaches and juts out between Playa La Guardia and Playa de la Charca/Solamar and into the sea.

The last remaining cane sugar factory in Europe was located along the coast just west of the village of La Caleta de Salobreña. It closed in 2006.

The transformation experienced by Salobreña in recent decades has been one of the most important in the community. Dedicated to the cultivation of sugar cane since the Arab conquest, the municipality is currently an important tourist center in the summer season, thanks to its privileged location in the central-western part of the Granada coast. A fact that, moreover, has led to notable urban growth that began in the 1960s and culminated a few years ago with the renovation of the oldest infrastructures. Despite this, Salobreña has managed to maintain the spirit of the traditional Andalusian towns, which has allowed it to preserve its attractiveness and, at the same time, improve the standard of living of its inhabitants.
